At SilkSkin, your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the SilkSkin mobile app, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

Phone number — entered voluntarily to look up your bookings. Not stored as an account or linked to a profile.
Booking details — your name, phone number, selected service, preferred date and time of appointment.
Push notification token — a device identifier used to deliver appointment updates and clinic announcements. No personal identity is attached to this token.

How We Use Your Information

To confirm and manage your beauty appointments
To send you real-time booking status updates (confirmed, cancelled, completed)
To remind you about upcoming appointments
To send clinic announcements, new services, and exclusive offers

What We Do Not Do

        We do not sell or share your data with third parties
We do not require account creation or store passwords
We do not track your location
We do not use your data for advertising

      

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a GDPR-compliant cloud database provider. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

Camera & Photo Access

The SilkSkin app may request access to your camera or photo library solely for the purpose of uploading images within the admin panel. This permission is never used to collect or share personal photos.

Push Notifications

If you allow push notifications, your device token is stored to deliver appointment updates and clinic messages. You can disable notifications at any time from your iPhone Settings → SilkSkin → Notifications.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your booking data or notification token at any time by contacting us directly. We will process your request within 7 days.

Children's Privacy

The SilkSkin app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
